Refunds and Cancellations Policy

1. Introduction
At Oak Tree Books, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. This Refunds and Cancellations Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items, receiving refunds, and canceling orders.
2. Returns
Books can be returned if they have manufacturing defects, printing issues, or other similar problems. In such cases, please follow these steps:
- Send 4-5 pictures of the damaged product to oaktreebooksindia@gmail.com within two days of receiving it.
- Refunds will be issued only if the claim is found to be valid, at the sole discretion of Oak Tree Books.
- Once the claim is verified and determined not to be due to transit damage, you will need to ship the book back to us.
- Upon receipt and verification by our team, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
- To be eligible for a return, the books must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please send an email to oaktreebooksindia@gmail.com within this timeframe to request cancellation. Requests will be processed within 1-2 working days, and refunds will be issued to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
Please note:
Sale items cannot be cancelled.
Gift cards purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
4. Refund Policy:
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund.
- In case of duplicate charges, please promptly email oaktreebooksindia@gmail.com. We will verify and confirm within 1-2 working days, and refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
- No refunds will be issued for books damaged during transit. At Oak Tree Books, we take great care in packaging your order with multiple layers to prevent transit damage.
